By using SpinOut you agree to these terms. SpinOut helps riders discover and organize group rides; you are responsible for your own safety and conduct. Do not use the service for unlawful, harmful, or harassing activity.

Content you post (rides, messages, avatars) must be accurate, lawful, and respectful. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms or put others at risk.

No warranties: the service is provided “as is”. SpinOut is not liable for accidents, losses, or disputes arising from rides organized via the platform. Plan responsibly and follow local laws.

You must be of legal age to ride in your region. Keep your account secure and do not share your credentials. We may update these terms and will post changes here.

Code of Conduct

• Ride safely and obey traffic laws.
• Be respectful to hosts and participants; no harassment or hate speech.
• Share only accurate ride details; cancel promptly if plans change.
• No spam, fraud, or illegal activity.

Liability

SpinOut does not provide insurance and is not responsible for injuries, damages, or disputes related to rides. By joining or hosting, you accept these risks.
